Designed for high-level skaters and competitors, groundwork has been laid for the Dubuque Figure Skating Club to be formed in the coming years to accommodate the growth of this sport in the Tri-State area. Operated under the umbrella of the United States Figure Skating, it will have the potential to bring skaters to competitions both regionally and nationally.
